Jud........ I am still in the desert........ I am hoping to be back home for first maybe even second week of Oct. and am i ever so ready...... I was hoping to get to race this year but looking really slim hence the offer to come drive for you.. Have a shop full of new parts just have not been home to install them...... Ooh i also will drive for consession stand food.... that should be cheap enough right ? ....

I think it would be great if BG gave the street stocks another chance.... that would be the first time in my racing that i could race within 20 minutes of riding time to home instead of an hour at minimum to get to the race track.....

5.  We all have character flaws, some people are vocal, some people are quite.  Everyone will tell you, I say my peace and then it is over.  No grudges or ongoing drama.  As for what people think we can't help that and it's impossible to make everyone happy.  I'm finding that at a racetrack, everyone happy will never happen   Roll Eyes  Shocked

6.  Not sure where your neck of the woods is...

Already explained why your other post was deleted, why you haven't had a response.  If people don't understand the explainations that have been given there is nothing I can do.

I HATE COMPUTERS.  Because of this I don't have anything to do with them.  I don't turn them on, use them, etc.  I do depend on Donna to pass on the information to me.  She has been out of pocket as you know, not an excuse, just fact.

As far as people who agree with me, some things don't get a vote.

I've tried to answer all your questions as best as I can.  Donna came into the office (she's the one doing all the typing  Wink ) and printed out your email for me.  Now that I have your email, hopefully we can discuss this tomorrow.  I'll call you so we can make plans to meet.

I would like to say that I'm sorry that this whole thing has been blown way out of wack because of a wrong email address and so many people have had to read the negative comments on the forum.  I try my best to run a family friendly facility, clean and neat for both spectators and racers.

Glen Johnson, 409-781-2801

FROM DONNA: I will be deleting these posts in the next couple of days.  I can't help but think, if I were a new driver wanting to get into the sport, would I really want to jump into a sport that is so negative.  Because of this one issue alone, I feel it needs to be gone.

9.5.2010  My Response:  I'm a broken record.  Didn't receive emails.  If you sent it to the gtrp@att.net email it will be ready for me to read Tuesday when Donna checks the emails, as you have already been told.

1.  Yes Wink you can't "sneak" a racecar into the track.  The question was asked whose racecar is it, is it Jason's?  Response was given, yes, it's Jason's.   It was then said that Jason's car couldn't be allowed into the pits. Then the racecar became a partnership between you and another person.  He was told he could stay, but the car needed to be parked in the parking lot.  A good spot was found for the car close to the fence.  No one can race the car at GTRP because of who owns the car.

2.  The only reason I was going to buy the car was for the parts.  It's always nice to have extra around.  I told the previous owner if someone else wanted the car to race, sell it.  Not sure about the comments you are talking about.  My problem with you as always, you go on and on and love to stir the pot.

3.  I'm sorry that you are not allowed to come to GTRP pits.  I didn't make the rule, it was made before I bought the track and I have to abide by the rule.  If you would like to discuss this, feel free to call me.

4.  I'm sorry about the accident that has altered your life.  It would be difficult for anyone to handle.  It appears that you are moving on and doing well for yourself, and I hope that you continue to prosper.

Next post....

Saga continues:

9.4.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson  My response:  I let you know that I still hadn't received your call.  On the same post you were given the gtrp@att.net email address and let you know that Donna would be off until Tuesday.

9.4.2010  Subject: Mr. Johnson   My response:  You asked Donna if you should wait, problem was she had already told you she was taking the weekend off and did not check the forum. Corey did get to race his car that night.  It was unfortunate one car didn't get to race.

9.4.2010 Subject:  Mr. Johnson  My response:  Thank you ElDiablo, yes, please just call me.

9.5.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson  My response: No, once again Jason, I do not have your number.  I never got the emails, etc, etc, etc.  can't call, didn't know you were waiting for a time, etc, etc, etc.

Donna told me after the fact that your other posts were censored because she assumed it was the email you referred to about sending.  It was only fair for me to get to read the email so I could respond.  She had already told you she was trying to take the weekend off and wanted to wait until Tuesday to take care of this.  Yes, I agree, it is a great country.

Again, sorry we didn't get the emails you sent that had the request to meet, but I can't change the fact they went to the wrong place.  And anyone will tell you, smack is not my way over the phone.  I talk facts and handle business.

This now handles all responses to post that occured on the "Mr. Johnson" subject line.

Here is my response to all of your comments.  I will give the dates of your posts, then answer your questions.

8.21.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson    My response:  I never received your email, we now know why.  That is will be taken care of this week.  Thank you for letting us know the email address the mail was being sent to the wrong place, not telling how many other people were sending emails to the same address.

8.23.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson    My response:  You were told that the email wasn't received, it was suggested that you send it again or try and call Glen.  My phone number was posted by Go Fast

8.23.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson  My response:  You were going to resend the email, but again, it went to the wrong address.

8.29.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson  My response:  Let you know again, that I was waiting for you to call.  I did not have your phone number because I still didn't have your email.

8.30.2010  Subject:  Mr. Johnson  My response:  You said you didn't know when was a good time to call.  All you had to do was call.  If I'm busy, I always tell people and call them back.
