1. Governor can be removed, including the low oil sending unit.
 2. Air cleaner is stock - just like it came from the factory.
 3. Camshaft is stock with the engine - no swapping
 4. Valve springs are 10.8 maximum same as Green stripe.
 5. Stock valves and retainers, lifters.
 6. Timing maximum 21 degrees
 7. Spark plug is non tech.
 8. Coil wire to spark plug is non tech.
 9. Carburetor - Stock carb must be used on the engine it came with or can be replaced with the 196 CC carb. with a 615 bore. Choke is non tech.
10. E-tube and jets are non tech.
11. Exhaust - Any pipe size - no loops.
12. Head or block deck will allow for some milling for straightness. Specifications will be posted.
     No switching of heads from one engine to another. Example – A hemi head on a standard engine.
13. Fuel tank - It is recommended that it be a floor mount with a pump pulsed from the valve cover.
14. Tires are a minimum Durometer reading of 50 at any time checked,
     Which allows for the use of Take offs.
15. Pump Gasoline only
16. Drum style clutches only.
17. Engines will not be sealed but inspected as needed by tech.

*IF 2 CLAIMS ARE REQUESTED, LOWER PLACING KART IS AWARDED CLAIM.

*IF CLAIM IS REFUSED:
 1st   Refusal              POINTS AND TROPHY LOST FOR THE NIGHT.  
 2nd  Refusal              BARRED FROM CLASS FOR 1 WEEK.
 3rd   Refusal              DISMISSED FROM PREDATOR CLASS.

IF YOU CHOOSE, BEFORE CLAIM IS AWARDED, DRIVERS MAY OPT FOR A "SWAP".

721.24 CLUTCH: Any rim centrifugal stamped steel
shoe type clutch with a maximum of 3 springs and 3
shoes is allowed. Clutch coolers not allowed.
721.25 STARTER: Recoil starter must be retained,
as produced and intact. Starter may be rotated.

Sorry Jason,  I've been off the radar for a the past few months.  Danny sold my kart and I been waiting for the new 2014s to roll out.  I hope to have it soon though.  I will order an engine from JIMBO @ Faster Motors.  I need to know about the clutch rule.  Lemme know.  Yall havin a banquet this year?Huh??
