I assume there will not be a banquet again this year since nothing has been put out on it. (January 2, 2007)
Why bother keeping points totals? I suggest just saving your time, and effort and not bother with it.

I wonder what it would take to start a point fund? A weekly 50/50 raffle? That would make it worth while to chase the points then!

Hey guys they already do the 50/50 ticket sales. I guess the the other half of the 50/50 money is for the track instead of the drivers.

The banquet is scheduled for Saturday January 27 at Rockin A restaurant in Beaumont, the same place as the last banquet. I am working on how to sell tickets, I have to tell them how many people in advance and they charge for that many meals.

Will ALL classes, including Jr mini stock, get awards? I think these kids did a great job and deserve some recognition. Afterall, they are the future of racing in this area. Also, what's on the menu?

I will be looking at the menu tomorrow. I know there will be at least 2 or 3 choices for meat. The cost will be no more than $12 per meal, buffet style.
