I agree with pracing!! It is not fair to the local purestock guys that have supported this track for the pass years, and now they get a chance to run for big money and you are changing the rules for the houston boys to be able to come race.  Are you going to let allow light weight wheels and quick steer also.  oops my bad they already use both items at Motorama.  Oh well Motorama guys get out there and kick butt.

It takes big car counts to have big money races. If you want to restrict future races to local pure stock guys only, I can pay a local pure stock only purse. It's simple math.

Thanks Butch for taking a gamble. It takes big gonners to put up a purse like this. At least you posted the rule change early, a man can either add disc brakes,stay on the porch, or race! I know, lets have a spelling contest. I hope theres 50 cars there and this becomes to be known as the big one in Beaumont

I AGREE, EVERYBODY WANTS BIG MONEY, SO WE HAVE TO HAVE THE CAR COUNT UP.  "DO THE MATH"  GET YOUR CAR READY AN QUIT COMPLAINING.  BUTCH DOES A GREAT JOB.

The other tracks that have big races do not change their rules for the big races.  Is this a points race?  If so it does make a big difference to the local cars.

On the two race pure stock challenge you had to run the rules at the track why is this any different.

On the Pure Stock Challenge Race, 105 Speedway Allowed Motorama's Pure Stock Rules.

105 ALSO ALLOWED THE "RINGERS" TO RACE.

THIS WILL NOT BE A POINTS RACE, SO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RACE WITH A FEW CARS THAT MAY HAVE REAR DISC BRAKES OR YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE ENTRY FEE THAT IS UP TO YOU. I AM JUST GIVING YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO RACE FOR A BIG PURSE, HOW MANY PURE STOCK (BOMBER) RACES LIKE THIS HAVE YOU SEEN IN THIS AREA. THE $400 TO WIN RACE DID NOT WORK, 21 CARS AT MOTORAMA AND 22 CARS AT 105. IF THIS $1000 RACE HAS A LOW CAR COUNT (IF IT DOES NOT COVER THE PURSE) WE WILL NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM AGAIN.
