According to the pure stock rules on this website it says stock OEM. So, I would have to say no to disc brakes on pure stocks.

Not a hard question to answer at all. In fact, all you have to do is look at the pure stock rules for 2007, and find the answer.
It says...
BRAKES:

1.BRAKE SYSTEM MUST REMAIN STOCK OEM TO MAKE AND MODEL.CAR MUST HAVE 3 WHEEL BRAKES IN WORKING ORDER AT ALL TIMES.

That pretty much sums it up. Did your car come from the factory with disc brakes? If so, then it's legal. If not...well you know the answer.

My mother thanks you, my brother thanks you, my sister thanks you, and most of all, I thank you for the information. Looks like we will have to try our luck with the outlaw stock.

The more the merrier.  You just have to outrun the wagon.

I was just saying that Chase is the car to beat. And FYI, I am a woman, not a boy.  Good luck to you and I look forward to racing with you.

Sorry about the big boy comment. Can't tell the gender of a driver by the number on the car. Had fun last night, My driver really likes the track. If everything goes ok, we will be back next friday night. If I have time, will look you up and hug your neck.

I am glad you like the track.  I didn't have much luck, I got hit from behind by the 9 car and got spun out (I don't think he did it on purpose, he apologized). Anyway, the bracket go broke that hold the radiator, and my fan was hitting the shroud. It was better to be pushed in, than try and drive it.  Hopefully next week will be better.  What happened to your car? I didnt see it running at the finish.

Looks like neither one of us had any luck Friday night.  I've seen your car at HRP. How come you are not running there anymore?
