General Information

Hey all. Here is some general info that will hopefully answer questions that a new person would want to know.

Start Times:
Pit Gates: 4:00
Draw: 6:15 - 7:15 followed by
drivers meeting then hot laps
Races begin: 8:00

Raceceivers: We do run raceceivers in all classes except Jr. Mini. You can rent them for $10.00 per night, you provide
you own earpiece.

Registration:
All drivers must register the first race. You can download a registration form from the "forms" page or fill one out when
you get to the pit gate. It is $25.00 to register for the year. If you would like to mail in your form please use the following
address: GTRP, 6390 Calder Ave, Beaumont, TX 77706.

Minors:
Anyone 17 or younger will need to complete a minor release form to come into the pit are. These can also be downloaded
from the "forms" page. In order for one release to last the entire year the form must be notarized. We can do this free
of charge at the pit window as long as the guardian is present and has a picture id.

Rules:
Rules for each class can be found in two places. The "Rules" tab allows you to pull up each class and view the rules online. If you
would like to download the rules, go to the "forms" page.

Payouts:
All of the payouts for each class can be downloaded from the "forms" page.

If any of our weekly classes start 20 cars in the feature you will get a bonus as follows:

Top 4 Cars will get an additional $25.00
