I have uploaded the rules for you to print out under the "forms" page for 2011.  Please read carefully.

At this time I have not changed the info under the "rules" page (tried but formatting on Pure Stock is really bad  Angry   and I gave up last week.  I will get to that next.

Thanks,
Donna

CARBURETOR AND FUEL:

No fuel injection.  GM must run q-jet or Holley 4412 2 bbl. Ford must run Holley 4412 2 bbl.  No modifications or machine work allowed except choke horn may be milled off on 4412. Racing fuel is allowed but with no performance additives or fragrances.
*If you run a q-jet you must add a 50# weight bar to front of car forward of transmission
   *January 1, 2012 You may only run a Holley 4412 2 bbl

say what Huh

Bigdog;  the tires come with the rim?  If so how much you want for them?

and if you mill the choke horn off, you can't run that 4412 at any other track ...!

What the hell is going on, why are all the tracks trying to put all classes except Mods. on 4412's ? We going to fast or is this an attempt by someone to "save me money" ? If you wanna save me money, PAY me more at the dang window .....

You guys really dont under stand how putting everybody on a carb that is still being made instead of a carb that has not been made in over 20 years will help in the long run? How about running g60s instead of street tires have you figured out that one yet? the street 15 inch tire is getting hard to come by (cost more) and used one are very scarce. You think these promoters are out to get you when they are actually thinking more than one year ahead.

I still dont understand why you would make someone by a carb if you already have one.
We dont have a 2 barrel and really dont care to get it.
They need to leave the carb deal alone and just let you choose which one that you decide to run on your own car.
There are alot of people that have the Qjets so now we have to change and buy the holly....why... I dont understand that a bit
They just need to leave the option in there but to make it mandatory that just doesnt make anty sense at all not since it has been that way for years.
But who cares right it just money and just like everybody else I will have to buy the HOLLYnext year.

thats what buster is refering to, quads are old technology

besides, you would rather pay someone like Dan Finn $750 for a quad instead of buying a new/remanufactured holley 3310 from some place like Summit for $275 ? just asking ...

Just saying
We already have our Qjet so why would i want to buy another carb and then put this one on the shelf in a box.
They need to just leave up to car owners as to which carb to put on.
I agree as far the OLD vs the NEW carb deal but we already have one so no i dont like being forced to switch if we want to play.

OH, I agree there, we already have the quad on the hobby, I mean't instead of making us go backwards to a two barrel, IF (big word) we have to buy a new one, why not still leave it a four barrel
