Juatme, catch me or keith and we'd be happy to help.
I will warn you that there are two group to avoid like the plague- the HPI clones and the Redcat 4wd buggies. The clones will cost you more in the end than buying the real deal.
The redcats are just meh. They're notoriously unreliable, and while slightly easier to drive, are slower. Obvioulsy we couldn't class 4wd with 2wd, but if you want a 4wd class I suggest and FG or MCD buggy as they are proven, reliable equipment

Well we raced on a tri-oval type track in houston yesterday. Spoke to 6 or so guys there(they normally have a fifteen + person turnout on there little homemade track) that where ECSTATIC about the possibility of racing in beaumont!
