When a racer crashes, and is called home

we all feel sorry for them when their gone

but really we should not greive but very little

because in the end they are the real winners

some say they go to Heaven, others say Hell

some say they go nowhere, but no one can really tell

but as a racer, I believe, if you are racer and are the privilaged few

to leave this earth, doing what you love

you just wake up still running laps in the sky above

with the sights of your friends and family who's life was ended the same

and hear the sounds of the people who once cheered your name

so if I ever die in this same form or fashion

do not cry for me, because this was my passion

I appreciate the love that you all have for me

but I am now for ever free and always will be

so there is no dought I will see you on the other side

cause God loves racers, and He sets trackside

AMEN,  he died doing what he loved to do. And we know everytime you strap in, that something could happen. Your loved ones fill the same. It's the risk you take!    I feel for his family and friends, but........ They knew the his passion.     Vrrrrrm!
