IF we are going to triple disc and roller cams, in 2013, i think we should just open the engine rule up. Maybe just say, IT HAS TO BE A STEEL BLOCK. I got a sweet 406, id love to show yall!

2013 is 376 days away. I'm sure there will be conversation on this early in the year and everyone's thoughts and ideas will be taken into consideration. Let's worry about enjoying 2012 first. I look forward to racing with the Street Stock guys this year when time allows. I had a lot of fun racing with you all the few times I was able at the end of the year. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Us at R&L are glad too see SS progress in too an upper class of cars. For too long they have been hobbys with wide tires.

I agree, Trash, I think this year we saw some better looking and faster cars. After all it is the MODIFIED class of the full body cars.

Ss38, it seems you're the only one worried about a seat location. I don't think I would let 20 minutes of work not allow me to race. I'm sure there are several people who would lend a hand to help you move it.
Gator and GTRP have the same seat location rule.
If it was only that easy!

I dont have a problem with spending money to run a car but id like to see streetstock have a good car count and not flitter out like it has in the past to hardly no cars. i know the streetstock has alot more motor than most lower class cars but if you want open rules or to spend 20-30k plus on a motor thats what modified latemodels and sprintcars are for, plus if open the motors up let them run a 4 barrel. id actaully like to see this class stick around.

Theres alot more streets running than when i was last in the driver seat, used to be 8-10 on a good night if you was lucky. I got another streetstock and have good intentions on getting this car out to the track hopefully sometime in the 2012 season as soon as i get time to put the motor together for it, and from a drivers stand point in my opinion its not that easy for me to sit in the stands and watch with out being able to get out there and race again
