Are these all new parts in this build? and dose it include flex plate and balancer?

Thought for an assenbly to be a balanced assembly it would have to have balancer and flex plate right or wrong? |

Th flexplate and harmonic balancer are not balanced with the assembly due to the fact that if you damaged one of these items it would rerquire rebalancing of the entire assembly to replace the bad item.They are considered a neutral balance as well as if you balanced it for an automatic with a flexplate then someone with a standard tranny and flywheel not flexplate couldnt use this assembly therefore the assemblys are balanced without the balancer or flexplate or flywheel.
