I think it's great alternative to the high prices of the dot's, they are getting pretty costly. We have ran them on a couple of the pure stocks recently and worked real well.  Especially on a dry track. We was just wondering? wish it was a option at more tracks around here!

I like the idea myself. We've already went to G60's and Kk704's, so why not pull-offs too. It would actually save us some money. The rules now are fine but sounds like an interesting idea to try.

A few of the pure stocks have been running them at gator and do really well on them. Especially with the track getting dryer every week!

Sorry to hear about the elimination of the "Pure Stock Class". It was a good class and we enjoyed running it. Just to many rule changes in the middle of the season. That's pretty much what done it for us.

Good Luck Thunder Bombers & GTRP

Years ago it was supposed to be knock the windows out put a roll cage and race, I think that you could only race in the class a limited amount of years and then you had to move out.
But like always everybody wants this and that and the track gives in and then you have the Pure stocks
It was supposed to be a very cheap class for someone that wanted to get into racing and then move up.

You are right . But it got out of hand , the people in the stands don't know the diff . Now again you can take the glass out and the seats and go race for a small amount.

How you figure that? fuel cost the same! tires are the same, pit pass's the same?  Car parts cost the same no matter what you call them!  a fuel pump is a fuel pump! just sayin!
